Artwork Purchase, Shipping & Returns
- How long will my order take to ship?
Dispatch times are shown on each product page. As a guide:
Original artworks: 6–8 working days
Print-to-order prints: 3–6 working days
Made-to-order artworks: timelines vary (see item page)
All orders are shipped from the UK.
-Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide shipping is available via a tracked and signed-for courier service.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, please feel free to get in touch before purchasing — I’m happy to help check the estimated costs for you.
-Can I return my order?
Original artworks & prints: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me first. Return postage (tracked and insured) is the buyer’s responsibility.
Made-to-order artworks: non-refundable.
Artist commission and licensing guidelines
I have over 20 years’ experience creating original mixed-media artworks for commissions, and my work has also been licensed and featured across publishing, advertising, interiors, and commercial projects. I welcome collaborative opportunities with clients, from individuals to organisations, for bespoke artworks and licensed pieces.
- How Commissions Work
Digitally finalised artwork in Photoshop, using professionally photographed mixed-media pieces or hand-drawn and scanned motifs
Artworks prepared for large-scale applications, including murals and public installations
Physical 2D or 3D mixed-media works, including fabric-based sculptural pieces for displays or commercial campaigns
I supply final artwork files ready for production or printing, and can deliver to clients worldwide.
